01Start with the patient

A patient arrives. Reception records the visit in IntelliCare and creates the patient identity. The same identity passes to WeaversERP, ready for the business records that will follow. Each system has a clear responsibility: IntelliCare owns the patient and the price; WeaversERP owns the money and the goods.

02Care creates information

A doctor orders an investigation and a prescription. Laboratory and pharmacy teams record the work they perform and the items they consume. These are clinical events, but they also carry information about stock and the hospital’s operations.

03The payment carries the story forward

When the cashier receives a payment, the patient bill and payment information pass to WeaversERP. The ERP records the invoice, matches the payment and attributes revenue to the appropriate department. Stock events keep the goods side of the business connected with the clinical floor.

04Replenishment completes the loop

When stock needs attention, a department can raise a request. The request follows approval into purchasing and receipt. Batch and expiry information are recorded when the goods arrive. The supplier bill and payment remain part of the same operational system.

05Connection has a clear boundary

IntelliCare supports the speed and continuity of clinical work. WeaversERP supports accounting, inventory, purchasing, HR and payroll. Messages between them can wait during an interruption and be processed when service resumes, with monitoring and correction tools available for events requiring review.

06Begin with your own hospital

The useful starting point is a walkthrough of your actual departments, existing records and approval requirements. A deployment can begin with the clinical connection, inventory and finance, then extend to HR and payroll. The scope should follow the hospital.
